**Bow:   When entering and leaving the training area (mat.).

Respect: 

Proper respect must be shown at all times. 
No vulger or abusive language will be allowed. 
Everyone Works. 
Nothing is Free.
Jewelry:    No jewelry to be worn inside the school as it may injure yourself or your fellow student.

Participation:    Everyone must participate in Class - No Exceptions.

Students:     Must wear their Karate uniform (Gi) at all times - the only exception being a clean School Tee Shirt, which may be worn during warm weather training, or sweat shirts in cold weather.

Uniforms :    Uniforms shall be white or black, and be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Belts:     Must be worn during all training sessions - No Exceptions.

Punctuality:    If you are late for class stand inside the training hall door until acknowledged by an instructor and then salute and enter the class.

Training: All students should treat their fellow students with respect.

Communication with students should be conclusive in terms of what you wish to practice, how long you wish to practice, and how you wish to practice.

With you and your partner on the same wavelength, your workout will be productive and enjoyable. To further insure your and your fellow student's safety be sure to:

A.  Wear no jewelry.
B.  Clip your toe and fingernails to a safe length.
C.  Be sure that your hands and feet are particularly clean to prevent infection.
D.  Clearly define the degree of control you are going to use in your workout or segments of your workout.
**BOW OF RESPECT:
  • Whenever a student enters or leaves the training area, he is required to bow.
  • Bowing to the training area demonstrates respect for the Art as well as the area where others have trained before him.
  • Bowing is done to inanimate objects only.
  • A salute is always done to show respect to an instructor or individual.
  • The bow should stem from an attention stance. When you are bowing, bow your head for a period of two seconds before returning to an attention stance.
