1. Obscure Claws (Right Flank- Left Hand Shoulder Grab)

1. An opponent at 3:00 grabs your right shoulder with their left hand.

2. Step your right foot to 6:00 into a left neutral bow facing 12:00 as your right circles clockwise and claws your opponent's face. Follow through with your right arm and circle over your opponent's arm as a left inward claw strikes your opponent's face.
3. Immediately step your right foot to 12:00 into a right neutral bow as you execute a right uppercut to break your opponent's elbow joint.
4. Step to 12:00 with your left foot into a left inverted neutral bow. Pivot out into a right forward bow facing 4:30 as your right hand reverses its motion and circles as a right looping back fist to your opponent's right mastoid as you simultaneously execute a left inward horizontal heel palm strike to your opponent's solar plexus. (Your right hand will be high and cocked.)
5. Follow through with your right hand and pivot into a right neutral bow as you execute a right outward inverted middle knuckle strike to your opponent's sternum.
6. Rotate clockwise into a right front twist stance as you execute a right outward claw to your opponent's face followed by a left inward claw to your opponent's face.
7. Pivot into a right neutral bow as you execute a right inward claw to your opponent's face. Continue this motion and execute a right knife-edge kick to the inside of your opponent's right knee.
8. Land from the kick into a right front crossover. Pivot counterclockwise as you execute a right round kick to your opponent's left kidney.
9. Land in the right front crossover and cross out to 10:30.
 

2. Encounter with Danger (Front- Two-Hand Push)

1. An opponent at 12:00 pushes you with both hands.

2. Fall onto your back, slapping out on both sides to disperse the energy of the fall. As you fall, execute a left knife-edge kick to your opponent's groin.
3. Pivot, or roll to your left side to 9:00 as you execute a right knife-edge kick to your opponent's jaw.
4. Continue the roll rising on your left knee, face to 6:00 as you switch, propping yourself on your right knee as you execute a left rear kick to your opponent's mid-section.
5. While on your right knee, plant your left foot to 12:00, stand in a left neutral bow, and as you pivot into stance, execute a right front kick to your opponent's groin.
6. As you land forward into a right neutral bow, execute a right vertical punch to your opponent's sternum.
7. Step your left foot to 12:00 into a right front crossover as you execute a left back fist to your opponent's temple while checking low with your right hand.
8. Unwind into a right neutral bow as your left hand covers to your opponent's eyes and you execute a right inward looping overhead punch to the left jaw of your opponent.
9. Pivot counterclockwise into a left close kneel and execute a right rear stiff-leg kick up to your opponent's groin.
10. Land back into a right front crossover and cross out to 6:00.

3. Circling Destruction (Front- Left Step-Through Punch)

1. An opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a left step-through punch.

2. Step your right foot to 12:00 into a right neutral bow as you execute a right inward parry followed by a left outward hooking parry (waiter's hand) to your opponent's left arm. Continue the motion of your right hand so that it executes a right outward back fist to your opponent's left ribs.
3. Step your left foot to 4:30 into a right forward bow facing 10:30 as you execute a left horizontal heel palm strike to your opponent's face. (Your right hand should be cocked at your right ear.)
4. Pivot into a right neutral bow as simultaneously have your left hand claw across your opponent's face as you execute a right inward hand sword to the right side of your opponent's neck.
5. Execute a right front scoop kick to your opponent's groin as you simultaneously thrust a left heel palm strike to your opponent's left kidney with a right two-finger scoop to your opponent's eyes.
6. From your right front scoop kick and eye hook, come crashing back down into a right neutral bow facing 10:30 as you simultaneously execute a right knife-edge kick followed by a right inward elbow and a left heel palm strike to your opponent's head.
7. Step forward into a left front crossover as you push with both of your hands to the back of your opponent, shoving towards 10:30 to knock your opponent face down to the ground.
8. Immediately execute a right stomp to your opponent's lower followed with a left front crossover stomp to the back of your opponent's neck.
9. Slide your left foot to the left side of your opponent's head as your right foot slides off to the right side of your opponent's hip. Drop into a left close kneel as your right knee drops down onto your opponent's spine as you execute a right heel palm strike to the back of your opponent's head.
10. Leap up into the air, rotating your body clockwise and execute a left inward looping round kick to your opponent's head.
11. Cross out to 4:30.
 

4. Detour From Doom (Front- Right Round Kick)

1. An opponent from 12:00 comes at you with a right round kick.
2. From a right neutral bow facing 12:00, step your left foot to 4:30 (up the circle) into a right cat stance as you simultaneously execute a left downward block to the inside of your opponent's right leg as you thrust a right vertical punch to your opponent's face.
3. Execute a right front kick to your opponent's groin.
4. Land into a right neutral bow facing 10:30 as you instantly pivot into a forward bow executing a left vertical punch to your opponent's solar plexus while checking on top of your opponent's arms with a right horizontal forearm check.
5. Execute a right back fist to your opponent's stomach as your left foot shifts to 3:00 into a right neutral bow facing 9:00.
6. Hook your left hand downward on the back of your opponent's neck as you circle your right arm counterclockwise and execute a right inward overhead hammer fist down on to your opponent's neck.
7. Pivot into a right forward bow as your right hand hooks the back of your opponent's neck and pulls down and to you as you simultaneously execute a left upward heel palm strike through your opponent's jaw. Reverse this and execute a left claw to the right side of your opponent's face.
8. Step your left foot to 7:30 into a left neutral bow as your right arm slides towards you checking your opponent's right shoulder, chambers, and executes a right inside downward ricocheting elbow strike to the left side of your opponent's face.
9. Step your right foot clockwise to 4:30, still in a left neutral bow, as you execute a right back fist followed by a left inward claw to your opponent's face. (Chamber your right fist at your right hip.)
10. Execute a right front snap kick to your opponent's groin. As you land forward to 10:30, execute a right rising back knuckle strike to your opponent's face.
11. Cross out to 6:00.
 

5. Squatting Sacrifice (Rear- Bear Hug; Arms Free)

1. An opponent at 6:00 grabs you in a bear hug; yet leaves your arms free.
2. Step your right foot to 3:00 into a horse stance as you execute right and left outward overhead elbow down onto your opponent's forearms.
3. Squat down onto your opponent's right knee. Bend over and with both hands, grab your opponent's ankle. Shift into a concave stance as you pulls up on your opponent's right ankle to force them to fall onto their back. Note: The pull and squat could break your opponent's knee due to the counterforce prior to the fall. In addition, the concave stance is used to protect yourself from pulling your opponent's leg into your groin.
4. Twist your opponent's right ankle clockwise as you have your right leg circle clockwise (preferably striking them in the face if possible) landing to 7:30 into a right reverse close kneel stance.
5. Pivot into a right forward bow as you complete the twisting of your opponent's right ankle.
6. While maintaining your grab on your opponent's right ankle with your right hand, step your left foot to 4:30 into a left close kneel stance parallel to your opponent's body as you have your left hand grab your opponent's left wrist.
7. Support your weight on your left leg as you cock your right leg high.
8. Pull up on your opponent's wrist and leg as you execute a right heel stomp to your opponent's lower spine.
9. Sweep your opponent's left arm out as you go into a right front crossover and left step-through reverse to 3:00. Pivot into a right neutral bow as you execute a left shovel kick to your opponent's jaw.
10. Land with your left foot to 9:00 (gauging of course) and execute a right slicing knife-edge kick to your opponent's left jaw. Let the momentum of the kick rotate you counterclockwise into a right inverted neutral bow.
11. Without disrupting the counterclockwise rotation, execute a left rear sweeping kick to the right side of your opponent's temple.
12. Step into a left front crossover and cross out to 3:00.
 

6. Escape from Death (Rear- Right Arm Choke)

1. An opponent at 6:00 chokes you with their right arm.
2. Step your right foot to 3:00 into a horse stance facing 12:00 as you turn your head to the left to tuck your chin while your right hand grabs your opponent's right wrist. As you settle into your stance, pull down on your opponent's right wrist as you execute a left back elbow strike to your opponent's solar plexus. Immediately execute a left back hammer fist to your opponent's groin.
3. Step your left leg around and behind your opponent's right leg to 7:30 as you drop into a left close kneel as you deliver a right hammer fist to your opponent's groin and a left hammer fist to your opponent's left kidney.
4. Circle your left hand over your opponent's right shoulder and grab the hair or philtrim. (Use this to fulcrum your opponent's head back, using the shoulder as the fulcrum point.)
5. Pivot into a left forward bow facing 7:30 as execute a heel palm strike to your opponent's face while executing a left sliding check down your opponent's right arm.
6. Execute a right knee strike to the outside of your opponent's right thigh.
7. Set your right foot to 1:30 and execute a left knife-edge kick to the inside of your opponent's left knee. Set your left foot to 2:00 into a right front twist stance as you execute a left outward claw to the left side of your opponent's head.
8. Pivot into a right neutral bow as you execute a right inward hammer fist to your opponent's jaw. (The combination of both strikes should spin your opponent facing their back at you. With your right hand hooking to the left of your opponent's face and your left hand pushing on your opponent's left shoulder, force your opponent's back to arch towards you.)
9. Execute a right knee kick to the back of your opponent's head or neck.
10. From point of contact, execute a right stomp to your opponent's right ankle or foot.
11. Step back into a right front crossover and cross out to 1:30.
 

7. Brushing the Storm (Flank- Right Step-Through Overhead Club)

1. An opponent at 3:00 comes at you with a right step-through overhead club attack.
2. Step your right foot to 1:30 into a right neutral bow as you simultaneously execute a left inward parry to your opponent' right arm and execute a right heel palm strike to your opponent's face. Note: Your right arm should end up under and inside of your opponent's right arm.
3. Step your left foot to 1:30 into a left close kneel as you execute a right vertical inward elbow to your opponent's solar plexus.
4. Execute a right underhand heel palm strike to your opponent's groin. (Your left hand should still maintain its check on the right arm.)
5. Step your right foot to 1:30 into a left neutral bow facing 7:30 as you pull your opponent's right leg to you simultaneous with your left hand pushing on your opponent's right hip. (This should bend them over.)
6. Execute a left front kick to your opponent's groin.
7. Plant your left foot forward and execute a right knife-edge kick to your opponent's left knee.
8. Land forward with your right leg between your opponent's legs as you have your left hand grab and pull on your opponent's left ankle as you simultaneously execute a right inward elbow to your opponent's right kidney.
9. Have your right hand grab the front of your opponent's left knee while your left hand maintains the grab on the back of your opponent's left ankle. Push down with your left hand while your right hand pushes up to stretch your opponent out and possibly sprain the knee. Immediately slide your right hand on the outside of your opponent's left leg on top of your opponent's left foot to grab the top of your opponent's left toes. Push down with your left hand as you pull up with your right hand.
10. Step your left foot to 2:00 as you roll your opponent onto his back using opposing forces and counter manipulation to accomplish this. (He will be face up, legs apart, with his head towards 9:00.)
11. Execute a left stomp to your opponent's right knee. Plant the left foot to the inside of your opponent's right knee and execute a right slicing knife-edge kick to your opponent's groin. (This kick will check your opponent's right leg as it slides up the leg to your opponent's groin.)
12. Plant your right foot to the right of your opponent's body as you pivot counterclockwise and execute a left rear stomp to your opponent's stomach.
13. From point of contact, step your left foot behind your right. Pivot counterclockwise and execute a right downward looping round kick to your opponent's face.
14. Land in a right front crossover and cross out to 4:30.
 

8. Menacing Twirl (Rear- Left Hand Belt Grab)

1. An opponent at 6:00 grabs your belt with their left hand.
2. Step your right foot to 7:00 into a right rear twist stance. Pivot clockwise into a right forward bow facing 6:00 as you simultaneously execute a right downward block to the inside of your opponent's left wrist with a left heel palm strike to your opponent's chin.
3. Execute a left knee strike to your opponent's groin as your right hand checks high at your opponent's shoulder while your left hand checks low on your opponent's right arm.
4. Land forward with your left foot and instantly execute a right knee kick to 4:30 to your opponent's right inner thigh. (During this motion, slide your right hand down your opponent's chest to solar plexus level as you left hand cross checks to your opponent's chest.
5. From the right knee kick, execute a right stomp to your opponent's right instep as you execute a right inward diagonal elbow strike to the left side of your opponent's jaw.
6. Step your left foot to 1:30 and execute a right knife-edge kick to the inside of your opponent's left knee. Execute a right round kick to the inside of your opponent's left knee.
7. Plant your right foot alongside your opponent's right foot as you execute a right upward forearm strike to the underside of your opponent's chin.
8. Reverse the motion and execute a right downward hammer fist to your opponent's right collar bone.
9. Continue the flow of motion on your right hand and loop it counterclockwise. Execute a right hooking punch to the left side of your opponent's face as you pivot into a right reverse bow.
10. Right front crossover and cross out to 1:00.
 

9. Leap from Danger (Rear- Two-Hand Push).

1. An opponent at 6:00 pushes you with both hands.
2. As you opponent pushes you, take a forward roll on your right shoulder to 12:00. Leap up into a left neutral bow facing 6:00.
3. As your opponent then proceeds to attack you with a right punch, leap to 4:30 with your left foot and execute a right round kick to your opponent's solar plexus. (Your left hand should be guarding low, right like an extended outward block.)
4. Plant your right foot to 7:30 as a gauging leg. Pivot counterclockwise and execute a left spinning rear kick to your opponent's right ribs.
5. Plant your left foot to 7:30 and rotate your body counterclockwise and execute a right inward crescent kick to your opponent's face.
6. Land with your right foot to 7:30. Drag your left foot up and execute a right hook kick to the back of your opponent's right knee.
7. Plant your right foot momentarily and bounce it into a right round kick to any opening.
8. Land in a right front crossover and cross out to 1:30.
 

10. Circles of Protection (Front- Right Step-Through Overhead Punch)

1. An opponent from 12:00 comes at you with a right step-through overhead punch.
2. Step your left foot to 12:00, into a left forward bow as you simultaneously execute a right upward block under and outside your opponent's right punch. [Meet the force first, then ride the force.]
3. Shift into a left neutral bow as you execute a left upward ripping claw to your opponent's face (under your opponent's right arm).
4. Continue circling your left arm counterclockwise as you force your opponent's right arm down to the right of their body. Simultaneous with this motion, continue the clockwise circle of your right hand as you execute a right underhand claw to your opponent's groin. (Your left hand should now be on top of your opponent's right forearm.)
5. Instantly execute a left back fist to your opponent's face as you simultaneously push-drag forward and pull on your opponent's testicles with your right hand.
6. Step your left foot to 10:30 into a left close kneel as you execute a right inward raking hammer fist to your opponent's right ribs.
7. While maintaining the grab of your opponent's right wrist with your left hand, step your left foot to 6:00 into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you pull your opponent in and execute a right upward heel palm strike to your opponent's right elbow joint to break it.
8. Step your left foot to 1:30 into a left front twist stance as you execute a left sweep kick to the left side of your opponent's right knee. As you settle into the twist stance, continue to pull your opponent's arm down and to you as you simultaneously execute a right back fist to your opponent's right ribs.
9. Follow through with a right upward palm claw to your opponent's left jaw as you simultaneously execute a right knife-edge kick to the inside of your opponent's right knee. (Chamber your right hand to the right of your face.)
10. Plant your foot in front of you as you execute a right inward downward hammer fist to and through the back of your opponent's neck.
11. Pivot clockwise into a right front twist stance as your left hand releases its grab and executes a left hand sword onto your opponent's neck. (Your right hand will circle counterclockwise and check the top of your opponent's right shoulder.)
12. Have your left hand replace the right check on your opponent's right shoulder as your right hand continues it’s counterclockwise circle and chambers at the hip.
13. Pivot counterclockwise as you execute a right lifting stiff-arm punch to the underside of your opponent's jaw.
14. As you pivot counterclockwise execute a left back fist followed by a left spinning stiff-leg rear kick to your opponent.
15. Land in a left front crossover and cross out to 6:00.
 

11. Circle of Doom (Front- Right Step-Through Front Kick)

1. An opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a right step-through front kick.
2. From a right neutral bow facing 12:00, with your right arm hang naturally. Pivot into a right reverse bow as you execute a right inward downward (palm down) block in and up against your opponent's right leg. Continue to circle your right arm clockwise into a right extended outward block as you force your opponent's leg out.
3. Immediately execute a right rear heel hook to your opponent's groin.
4. Plant your right foot as a gauging leg and execute a left spinning hook kick up to your opponent's head.
5. From the kick, rotate your body clockwise and have your left foot step towards 7:30 into right reverse bow facing your opponent. Pivot into a right neutral bow as you execute a right heel palm strike and grab to your opponent's right shoulder. Pivot into a right front twist stance as you pull your opponent's shoulder down to your right and execute a left lifting two-knuckle punch to your opponent's right ribs.
6. Have your left hand grab your opponent's right shoulder to control height as your right hand chambers at your right hip. Pivot back into a right neutral bow as you execute a right hooking punch to and through your opponent's face so that it cocks to the left of your chest.
7. Step your left foot to 1:30 into a left front crossover as you execute a right back fist to your opponent's face. (Have your right hand grab your opponent's right shoulder.)
8. Pivot into a left neutral bow as you execute a left heel palm strike to your opponent's jaw.
9. Step back into a left front crossover and cross out to 7:30.
 

12. Broken Gift (Front- Handshake)

1. An opponent at 12:00 grabs your right hand with their right hand.
2. Step your left foot to 12:00 into a left neutral bow facing 12:00 as your left hand grabs your opponent's hand and execute a left upward flapping elbow under the joint of your opponent's right elbow.
3. Step your left foot to 6:00 into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you jerk your opponent's right arm down past your left hip.
4. As you settle into the right neutral bow, execute a right back fist to your opponent's right temple.
5. Step your left foot to 4:30 into a right neutral bow facing 10:30 as you execute a right inward elbow to and through your opponent's left jaw.
6. Following a figure 8 pattern, execute a right outward downward elbow to your opponent's right jaw. Flow into a right upward elbow to the underside of your opponent's chin.
7. Have your right hand, which is still grabbing your opponent's right wrist, twist your opponent's arm clockwise to expose the elbow on the top part. Execute a right inward downward hammer fist to the back of your opponent's right elbow to break it.
8. Grab your opponent's right wrist with your right hand and slide your right foot back to 4:30 as you rotate your opponent's arm clockwise into a wristlock reminiscent of Spiraling Twig.
9. Execute a left front snap kick to your opponent's solar plexus.
10. Plant your left foot and gauge the distance. Execute a right knife-edge kick to the inside of your opponent's right knee.
11. Step to 6:00 into a right front crossover and pivot clockwise as you execute a left rear scoop kick to your opponent's chin.
12. Step away in a left front crossover and cross out to 4:30.
 

13. Heavenly Ascent (Front- Two-Hand Choke; Arms Straight)

1. An opponent at 12:00 chokes you with both of their hands.
2. Step your right foot to 12:00 into a right neutral bow as you clasp your hands together and execute two upward wedging forearm strike to the inside of your opponent's forearms to break the choke.
3. Pivot slightly to your left as your right wedge becomes a right upward elbow strike to your opponent's chin. (Hands are still clasped together until this strike.)
4. Release your clasp and pivot back into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you execute a right downward elbow to your opponent's sternum. This becomes a right downward back fist to your opponent's face.
5. Immediately execute a left overhand claw to your opponent's face as you settle into a right forward bow facing 12:00.
6. Pivot back into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you execute a right half-fist uppercut to your opponent's throat as your left hand slides down your opponent's right arm and pulls down past your left ribs.
7. Step your right foot to 6:00 into a left neutral bow as both of your hands slide down your opponent's arms directly and grab the wrists.
8. Execute a left front kick to your opponent's groin followed by a right front kick to your opponent's solar plexus.
9. Plant your right foot forward into a right neutral bow as you execute a right lifting stiff-arm back knuckle through the underside of your opponent's chin. Reverse the motion and execute a right downward back fist across the bridge of your opponent's nose.
10. Follow a figure 8 pattern as you execute a right inside diagonal downward hammer fist to your opponent's left jaw. Flow into a left rear crossover to 1:30 as you execute a right outward downward diagonal back fist to your opponent's right jaw.
11. While sliding your left foot to 1:30, release your left hand, rotate it counterclockwise and execute a left upward claw to your opponent's face. (You will also circle your right hand counterclockwise.)
12. Shoot your right foot to 1:30 into a right reverse bow to buckle out your opponent's left knee as you simultaneously execute a right inward downward diagonal claw to your opponent's face. Follow through and strike your opponent's groin with your right hand.
13. Grab your opponent's testicles and step away into a right front crossover as you pull on them. Continue to cross out to 7:30.
 

14. Capturing the Storm (Front- Right Step-Through Club)

1. An opponent from 12:00 comes at you with a right step-through overhead club.
2. Step your left foot to 11:00 into a horse stance facing 12:00 as your execute an upward cross block (right over left) so that it wedges against your opponent's right wrist.  Note: Angle the cross block off to 1:30 so a club doesn't get dropped on your head (or get out of the line of attack.)
3. Without hesitation grab your opponent's right wrist with both of your hands as you control and guide your opponent's right arm down in a clockwise circle so that your opponent's club strikes against their own right knee.
4. Continue to circle your opponent's right arm clockwise as you step to 10:30 with your right foot while guiding your opponent's right arm (with club) up and over your left shoulder.
5. Retain the grab with your left hand as your right hand grabs the free end of the club.
6. Circle your left foot counterclockwise as it plants to 10:30 into a right neutral bow facing 4:30. As you settle into your stance, you will be holding your opponent's right arm in front of you, strike down with the club to the back of your opponent's right elbow.
7. Strike to the back of your opponent's head and let it continue its clockwise arc.
8. Strike through the front of your opponent's right knee.
9. Reverse the motion so the club strikes through the back of your opponent's right knee. Simultaneous with the follow through, step with your left foot to 5:00 as you sweep out your opponent's right leg and execute a right inward strike to your opponent's face.
10. Pivot clockwise into a right neutral bow facing 10:30 as you execute a right downward diagonal elbow strike to your opponent's right kidney.
11. Shoot your right foot to 4:30 behind your opponent's right leg into a right reverse bow to buckle out your opponent's right leg as you loop your club counterclockwise. Slide your left foot to 9:00 as a small adjustment and execute a right looping downward diagonal club strike through your opponent's head.
12. Step into a right front crossover to 1:30 into a right front twist stance as you execute a right inward club strike to the inner back portion of your opponent's left knee.
13. Step to 1:30 and cross out.
 

15. Conquering Shield (Front- Left Hand Lapel Grab; Stiff-Arm)

1. An opponent at 12:00 grabs your lapel with their stiffened left arm.
2. Pin your opponent's left hand to your chest with your left as you simultaneously execute a right inward vertical forearm strike against your opponent's left elbow and execute a right front kick to your opponent's right inner knee. Note: This forearm strike will glance up, possibly into a punch to the face.
3. Land your right foot to 12:00 into a right neutral as you utilize gravitational marriage striking down with a right downward elbow to your opponent's left forearm.
4. As your opponent's head comes down, execute a right upward elbow strike.
5. Reverse the motion and execute a right downward elbow to your opponent's chest followed with a right overhead claw to your opponent's face.
6. Have your right hand check your opponent's left arm as you execute a left vertical punch to your opponent's sternum. Execute a right lifting stiff-arm forearm strike to the underside of your opponent's chin (to 11:00).
7. Have your right hand execute a right outward claw to the right side of your opponent's face followed by a left knee kick to your opponent's groin.
8. Plant your left foot to 1:30 to buckle out the inside of your opponent's left knee as you simultaneously execute a left lifting stiff-arm forearm strike under your opponent's chin.
9. Step your right foot into a right rear crossover to 10:30 into a right rear twist stance as you execute a right heel palm strike to your opponent's face.
10. Shoot your left leg to 10:30 into a left reverse bow to buckle out your opponent's right leg. Immediately pivot counterclockwise into a left front rotating twist stance as you execute a left outward raking knuckle strike (similar to the vertical outward block) across your opponent's nose.
11. Execute a back to front switch from your twist stance. As you r right foot steps out, execute a right inward downward knuckle diagonal rake across your opponent's nose.
12. Execute a left shovel kick to your opponent's body. Land away in a left front crossover and cross out.
 

16. Taming the Mace (Front- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. An opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a right step-through punch. Note: Most train this and have you pretend there is a wall behind you.
2. Step with your left foot to 11:00 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your opponent's punch. As you settle into the stance, execute a right inward hand sword to your opponent's right bicep.
3. Execute a right back fist to your opponent's temple as your left hand grabs your opponent's right wrist.
4. Grab your opponent's right shoulder with your right hand and anchor your elbows and hug close. This will cancel your opponent's height and depth zones.
5. Step your left foot back to 4:30. Pivot counterclockwise and slam your opponent against the wall.
6. As your opponent hits the wall, simultaneously execute a right knee strike to your opponent's groin with a right inward elbow strike to your opponent's throat.
7. Plant your right foot back to 12:00 as you execute a left heel palm strike to your opponent's sternum. Slide your left hand up to your opponent's throat to pin him against the wall.
8. Execute a back to front switch. As your right foot steps out into a right neutral bow execute a right heel palm strike to your opponent's chin. Rip down your opponent's face with a right claw as you follow this with a right inward elbow strike to your opponent's left ribs.
9. Pivot into a right forward bow as you execute a right back fist to your opponent's face simultaneous with a left vertical punch to your opponent's solar plexus.
10. Pivot back into a right neutral bow as you execute a right downward hammer fist to your opponent's groin while simultaneously executing a left inward heel palm strike to your opponent's jaw.
11. Slide your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a left outward claw to your opponent's face followed by a right back fist to the right side of your opponent's face.
12. Grab the back of your opponent's head with your hands. Drag your left foot to your right, and pull your opponent's head down into a right knee kick.
13. Execute a right front crossover and cross out to 12:00.
 

17. Twirling Sacrifice (Full Nelson)

1. An opponent at 6:00 puts you in a full nelson.
2. Stiffen your body and force your neck back. (This will cause your opponent to concentrate on keeping your head forward.) Take advantage of this by stepping your right foot to 3:00 into a horse stance facing 12:00.
3. Slide your left to your right into a transitional cat stance. Immediately step your left foot to 7:30 behind your opponent's right leg. As you bend over borrowing your opponent's force, have your arms directly grab to the back of your opponent's knees. (Right to right, left to left).
4. Turn counterclockwise as you lift your opponent's legs off the ground. You will step your left foot to 4:30 followed by your right foot to 6:00 followed by your left to 7:30.
5. Force your opponent onto his back while holding his legs in the air with your arms. Slide your hands to your opponent's ankles. (Left to right, right to left with palm facing.)
6. Step your left foot counterclockwise to 12:00 as you flip your opponent counterclockwise and face down.
7. While maintaining the leg grabs, drag your left foot to your right to gauge the distance and execute a right front kick to your opponent's solar plexus. Slide your right foot down your opponent's body and execute a right knife-edge kick to your opponent's jaw or face, whichever is open.
8. Plant your right foot as you cross your opponent's right leg over his left so that your opponent's right ankle is place in the back of your opponent's left knee. Bend your opponent's left leg and maintain pressure as you position your opponent on his stomach, head pointing to 6:00.
9. Step your left foot to 4:30 as you drop into a left close kneel and force your right knee onto his right leg (with enough pressure you can dislocate the knee joint.)
10. Grab your opponent's left ankle as you stand and shuffle back to 10:30 and jerk to straighten out the leg.
11. Execute a left front crossover stomp to your opponent's left ankle and cross out to 10:30.
 

18. Cross of Death (Front- Two-Hand Cross Choke)

1. An opponent at 12:00 chokes you with their left hand over their right.
2. Step your right foot to 12:00 into a right neutral bow facing 12:00 as you buckle to the inside of your opponent's right knee. Simultaneous with this move, pin across your opponent's hands with your left hand while you execute a right glancing inward forearm strike that hits your opponent's left elbow and becomes a right vertical punch to your opponent's face.
3. Pivot into a right forward bow facing 12:00 as you execute a left uppercut to your opponent's stomach while your right arm checks both of your opponent's arms down.
4. Step your left foot to 4:30 as you execute a right extended outward hooking parry to the outside of your opponent's left arm. As you settle into a right neutral bow facing 10:30, execute a right chopping punch to your opponent's left kidney.
5. Immediately execute a right vertical back knuckle to your opponent's left temple as your left hand checks your opponent's arms.
6. Execute a right round kick through your opponent's left knee. Reverse the motion and execute a right hook kick to the inside of your opponent's left knee.
7. Plant your right foot and drag your left up to gauge the distance. Execute a right front kick to the inside of your opponent's right knee.
8. Plant your right foot and execute a left rear crossover stomp to your opponent's left foot as you execute a right outward heel palm strike to your opponent's jaw.
9. Step to 7:30 with your left foot as you pivot clockwise into a right neutral bow. From the point of contact of your right hand, execute a right claw down your opponent's face.
10. Step away into a right front crossover and cross out to 7:30.
 

19. Securing the Storm (Front- Right Step-Through Round Club)

1. An opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a right step-through round club.
2. Step to 12:00 with your left foot into a left neutral bow facing 12:00 as you execute a left extended outward block to the inside of your opponent's right wrist simultaneous with a right vertical punch to your opponent's face.
3. Slide your right foot back to 10:30 into a left neutral bow facing 4:30 as you execute a left uppercut around and under your opponent's left arm.
4. Shift your left foot back to 11:00 while still pinning your opponent's arm. Circle your right foot clockwise so it goes around and behind your opponent's right leg. Thrust your right leg to 6:00 into a left forward bow facing 12:00 as you execute a right heel palm strike to your opponent's jaw. (These simultaneous moves should buckle your opponent's leg and send them to the ground.) (Your left hand will also slide along your opponent's right arm as they fall to the ground.)
5. Circle your right hand clockwise as it grabs the far end of the club and takes it while you maintain your left hand's grab of your opponent's right wrist.
6. Jab the club down into your opponent's solar plexus.
7. Snake the club clockwise around your opponent's arm so the far end is on the ground just above your opponent's right shoulder. Shuffle your right knee up to check your opponent's right arm while your right hand forces the club up against your opponent's jaw in order to break it or the neck.
8. Adjust your left foot to the top of your opponent's head and swing your right foot back to 10:30 while switching your hands on the club. (Keep it across your opponent's throat.)
9. Jerk back on the club with both hands to attempt to break your opponent's jaw or neck.
10. Step your left foot into a left front crossover to 7:30 as you club the club clockwise over and down and strike the right side of your opponent's head.
11. Cover out twice to 9:00.
12. Step with your right foot to 7:30 and step into a left front crossover to 7:30 and cross out to 7:30.
 

20. Intercepting the Ram (Front- Tackle)

1. An opponent at 12:00 tries to tackle you.
2. Hop forward on your left foot to 11:00 as you simultaneously execute a right knee kick to your opponent's solar plexus with a right inward overhead hammer fist to your opponent's right kidney. Your left hand will check at your opponent's right arm.
3. With your opponent's momentum forcing you backwards, drop your right foot to 6:00 into a left neutral bow facing 12:00 as you execute a left inward overhead elbow strike to your opponent's upper spine. Your right hand will act as a sliding check.
4. Step your left foot to 4:30 into a right neutral bow as you execute a right inward downward diagonal punch that converts into a downward diagonal elbow to the left side of your opponent's jaw.
5. Continue to pivot to your left as you execute a right rear heel scoop kick to the right side of your opponent's jaw.
6. Execute a right rear kick to your opponent's body.
7. Land in a right front crossover to 6:30 and execute a left spinning rear kick to your opponent's face.
8. Plant your left foot to 12:00 into a left neutral bow and execute a right inward upward diagonal knife-edge kick through your opponent's face.
9. Without losing the counterclockwise circle of your right foot, execute a right knife-edge kick to the inside of your opponent's right knee.
10. Step into a right front crossover and cross out to 7:30.
 

21. Kneel of Compulsion (Right Flank- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. An opponent at 3:00 comes at you with a right step-through punch.
2. Step your right foot to 1:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your opponent's wrist followed by a right outward parry to the outside of your opponent's right elbow.
3. Step to 1:30 with your left foot as your right hand grabs your opponent's right shoulder. Pivot so as your left hand grabs the back of your opponent's left shoulder.
4. Immediately step your right foot back to 1:30 into a left neutral bow as you pull with both of your arms.
5. Execute a right step-through knife-edge kick to your opponent's left knee, thus compelling him to kneel.
6. As you land forward to 7:30 in a right neutral bow, execute a right inward elbow with a left heel palm strike to sandwich your opponent's head.
7. Wrap your right arm around your opponent's neck to form a hammerlock with your left hand assisting as you step your right foot to 7:00 to the left of your opponent's left leg.
8. Step your left foot to 7:00 into a left neutral bow as you drive your opponent's head to the ground.
9. Release your hands and have your left hand grab your opponent's left wrist. Push drag to 7:00 as you force your opponent's left arm around their neck. Drop into a left close kneel as you drop your right knee into your opponent's left arm to dislocate the shoulder.
10. Step your left foot to 1:30 as you execute a right looping outward crescent kick to your opponent's head.
11. Plant your right foot to the left of your opponent's head. Immediately step into a left rear crossover so that your left foot travels across your opponent's body and plants to the right of your opponent's right hip. (This will drive your left knee into your opponent's spine.)
12. Rise from your crossover and step your left foot to 8:00, to a left close kneel stance, dropping your right knee into your opponent's neck.
13. Execute a right scraping heel kick to the top of your opponent's head (like a sweeping heel stomp) landing back in a right front crossover. Cross out to 9:00.
 

22. Clipping the Storm (Front- Right Step-Through Thrusting Club)
 

1. An opponent from 12:00 comes at you with a right step-through thrusting club.
2. From a left neutral bow, step your left foot to 11:00 as you execute a left inward hand sword to the outside of your opponent's right forearm. (Your right hand should be cocked at your right ear.)
3. Shift into a left neutral bow as you execute a right inward hand sword strike to the outside of your opponent's right wrist. (Your left hand now cocks at your right ear.)
4. Step your right foot into a right cat stance as you execute a thrusting left outward hand sword to your opponent's throat. (Your right hand will slide down your opponent's right arm to check the top of their arm.)
5. Step behind your opponent's right leg with your right leg as you execute a right heel palm strike to your opponent's chin. (Your left hand will check at your opponent's upper right arm.)
6. Drop into a right close kneel as you execute a right outward back fist to the back of your opponent's right knee simultaneous with a left heel palm strike to your opponent's right shoulder to cause him to fall back and over your right knee.
7. While they are falling, continue your right hand's circle and execute a right inward downward hammer fist to your opponent's groin.
8. Rise and execute a left front kick to your opponent's right ribs.
9. Plant your left foot near your opponent's body and execute a right stomp to your opponent's solar plexus.  Pivot counterclockwise as you slide your right foot along your opponent's chest. Turn into a right reverse bow which converts into a side heel stomp to your opponent's throat.
10. Slide your right foot to your left to gauge the distance. Execute a left outward crescent kick to your opponent's groin.
11. Execute a right stomp onto your opponent's right ankle ad slide your foot to the ground. Step into a left front crossover and cross out to 3:00.
 

23. Glancing Wing (Front- Left Uppercut)

1. An opponent at 12:00 comes at you with a left uppercut.
2. From a right neutral bow, simultaneously execute a right inward block diagonally down onto the punch as you execute a left vertical punch to your opponent's face.
3. Without hesitation, hook your left hand down and out in a clockwise motion to the outside of your opponent's left arm as you execute a right punch to your opponent's left ribs.
4. Step your left foot to 4:30 into a right neutral bow facing 10:30 as your left hand hooks to the back of your opponent's neck.
5. With your opponent bending over, execute a right inward downward punch that becomes a forearm and elbow strike to the left side of your opponent's face.
6. Reverse the motion so you execute a right back fist to your opponent's face.
7. Drag your left foot to your right and execute r with upward outward diagonal crescent knee kick to your opponent's ribs.
8. Drop your right foot into a stomp to your opponent's left foot. Bounce it up and execute a right side kick to the inside of your opponent's right knee.
9. Plant your right foot forward and gauge your left leg up as you pivot counterclockwise and execute a right reverse scoop kick to your opponent's head.
10. Bounce your right foot off the ground and execute a right inward downward looping round kick to the back of your opponent's left knee.
11. Step away into a right front crossover and cross out to 4:30.
 

24. The Back Breaker (Right Flank- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. An opponent at 3:00 comes at you with a right step-through punch.
2. Step your right foot to 1:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your opponent's wrist followed by a right outward parry to the outside of your opponent's right elbow.
3. Step to 1:30 with your left foot as your right hand grabs your opponent's right shoulder. Pivot so as your left hand grabs the back of your opponent's left shoulder.
4. Immediately step your right foot back to 1:30 into a left neutral bow as you pull with both of your arms. Execute a right knee kick to your opponent's lower spine as you anchor your elbows in.
5. Land back to 1:30 into a left neutral bow as you increase your pull to cause your opponent to strike his upper spine on your left knee.
6. Grab your opponent's chin with your right hand as your left hand goes to the right side of their head. Twist your opponent's head clockwise, possibly breaking your opponent's neck.
7. Reverse the motion of your right hand and execute a right inward hand sword to the bridge of your opponent's nose.
8. Execute two downward back fists to your opponent's left and right humorous (right to right; left to left.)
9. As soon as the strikes land, step your left foot to 1:30 into a right close kneel as you execute two claws to your opponent's face.
10. Pivot counterclockwise into a right reverse close kneel as the right side of your foot strikes your opponent's right jaw hinge.
11. Execute a right heel stomp to your opponent's right shoulder. (This is done without lifting your right foot.)
12. Slide your right foot to left and execute a left reverse inward looping hook kick through your opponent's face. Immediately have it plant into a reverse stomp to the top of your opponent's left collarbone.
13. Pivot counterclockwise into a left neutral bow as you execute a right front shovel kick through your opponent's jaw. As your right foot follows through, drop into a right front rotating twist stance so your left knee strikes your opponent's left ribs.
14. Spring up and pivot counterclockwise so your left foot lands where your right was as you execute a right inward looping downward round kick to your opponent's groin.
15. Leap again turning clockwise; as you land on your right foot, execute a left looping downward round kick to your opponent's right knee.
16. Step away into a left front crossover and cross out to 12:00 landing in a left one-legged stance.
